Waterpower Club and Community (WC2) facilitates the development of partnerships between higher education and the community, aligning industry organizations on a state, regional, and sub-regional basis in order to provide nationwide learning opportunities for students throughout their academic pursuits.

Benefits for Students
Students will be exposed to an industry that is foundational to a carbon-free energy future.
Students will have the opportunity to learn about one of the most challenging renewable energy careers available.
Industry partners will be required to provide support for faculty, mentoring of students, student career (Internships / co-ops) opportunities, assistance with project challenges (think tank type), and a listing of career opportunities at their firms.
Financial support may also be provided through sponsorships and career fairs.
